Happy New Year !!
It is with great hope that we start this new year. This is the year of “Moving Forward”! The last two years left us with the opportunity to re-envision what Redeemer Lutheran Church can be in our local community and even the extended one. We have good resources, we just need to align them to our mission, values and goals. RLC has three awesome committees working on this: Council, Vision Team and Finance & Foundation groups.
Let us focus on God’s dream for this congregation and through this congregation. That’s my invitation for all of us as we start 2023.
May you and your loved ones have a wonderful rest of the Christmas Season, New Year 2023 and the coming Epiphany Season, as well. Christmas and Epiphany Blessings!
In Christ,
Pastor Aida

President’s Report
January 2023
Greetings,
This is a busy time of year for all of us and I want to express my thanks to the members of our church council and finance team for their work on our 2023 budget. The results of that work suggest that we need to take some time as a congregation to discuss Redeemer’s financial health. We plan to do that at a special congregational meeting on Sunday, January 22 immediately following the worship service. We will also hold the Redeemer Foundation annual meeting that same day.
Sunday, January 29 will be the date for our “regular” congregational meeting where we can celebrate the accomplishments of 2022 and discuss our plans for 2023 and beyond.
I hope you will plan to attend both meetings. Your input is important to our future success.
Wishing you all a very blessed holiday season.
Forward in Faith
